Sharing a building with the French restaurant Sous Marin, run by owner-chef Lee Hyeong- Jun, Epicerie Collage serves light dishes, such as Greek yogurt, cup salad, spaghetti, and mini burgers, all based on fusion recipes that combine the flavors of numerous cultures, including France, Mexico, Asia, and Europe. Each dish is a feast for the eyes as well as the palate.
